Hero Designer Download Problem

This morning I bought Hero Designer as a Windows download, but unfortunately the download never started. When I tried again it now says I've already downloaded it. Aargh!

Is there a way around this so I can get the download?

I just reset your account.....just go to the order status page in the store and try the download again.
