My ISP Killed my Download!

On Sunday morning I ordered Hero Designer and began to download it, about a half hour into the download my connection killed dumping me to my desktop, can anyone help me? :(

I just reset your account, so you should be all set to download the installer again. Just go to your order status page....

I downloaded it and it stoped at 18.00 MB out of 19MB? I'm trying to redownload it again but its not taking it did I screw this up again.... :(

You should be good to go....I changed the order status page to allow you to download the file multiple times now (it'll disable one day after you first download).

Let me know if you keep having problems...

I can get to the order screen and all and right click on the download setup.exe link, I'll select "save target as" it starts the download screene but just sits there and isn't downloading anything...

OK...I found the issue....when I set the store to allow multiple downloads of the files, I forgot to adjust the server-side code which actually sends out the files.....it was seeing that you had already pulled the file down and was just returning.

At any rate, you should be good to go now.
