Combat Sense

Hey Steve,

on pg. 62 of FrED it states that combat sense cost 15 pts. But, it also states that Combat Sense is built using a 5 pt detect. So why, if detect target in HTH cost only 5 pts, does Combat Sense cost 15?

Look at the little block of text under Combat Sense on 5E 62 (the block that begins with the bullet point) and it breaks out the cost for you precisely.
