Update 1.42

Update 1.42 is ready for download.

Bug fixes include:<ul>
<li>Weight calculation for Growth off by factor of 100 for initial calc.</li>
<li>Charges running into error with Clips</li>
<li>Attempting to add a list to an EC, MP, or VPP causes an error</li>
<li>DEF is not listing the Defense Power Modifiers on the Base template.</li>
</ul>

Sorry for the delay in getting this one out, but the trip was _hugely_ worth it :)
