I was just wondering, is it appropriate for passive sonar or radar to have the invisible (- 1/2) advantage?

Well, as a Persistent Power, any Enhanced Sense is already “invisible,” in that it doesn’t have to be perceived by three Sense Groups the way powers that cost END do, unless the rules indicate otherwise. Active Senses, which as the rules indicate can be detected in certain ways, can hide themselves with the Concealed Sense Modifier or the Invisible Power Effects Advantage.
