Another question, can you use missledeflection on another character. In this case a speedster drops from above and attempts to attack villian, villian uses missle defection. Does this work and if so how? What about move throughs move bys what if it is a flying character on a move through?

From the existing Rules FAQ:
Q: Can a character use Missile Deflection and/or Reflection against a Move Through, Move By, or other HTH attacks?
A: No. Missile Reflection & Deflection only works against Ranged attacks.
From the forthcoming June update to the Rules FAQ:
NEW*Q: Can a character Missile Deflect/Reflect another character who’s been used as a missile? Can he Missile Deflect/Reflect another character who’s the “fastball” in a Fastball Special?
A: Yes, a character can Missile Deflect/Reflect a person used as a missile. It’s up to the GM whether he can do so without hurting the missile, but as a default, there’s no “soft landing” — being Deflected probably does at least a couple dice of Normal Damage to the “missile,” though the character could make a DEX Roll to Deflect a character without hurting him.
No, characters cannot Missile Deflect/Reflect “fastballs.”
