I am still having porblems when i alter the charges modifier in the template.

I am trying to alter the cost of charges from the standard. When I just alter the basecost xml attribute. When I alter several of the costs I get +0 instead of the actual value I entered in the field.

I have attached a sample character and template.

I couldn't upload the template.

I found another problem when I load up the normal vehicles template and I try to set the number of charges to 8000. I get a +0 for it instead of the +2 1/4 that it should be adding.

That's not an error. It sounds like you're applying Charges to an ability which does not cost END. In that case, per Steve, the cost of Charges maxes out at +0.

The only exception to this, currently, is that Boostable will continue to increase the value to an Advantage.

Ok that solves the problem with the standard template but i still am unable to locate the charges in the limitation for my device, it costs endurance. All i am doing is removing from option 32 to 16000 and the charges do not appear in the list. I also modify the cost to be increased.

Do me a favor and zip up the modified template that you've created and then post it here so that I can take a look at it.

Easy one...you changed the base cost of the Modifier to be 0 (as opposed to -2). This puts the Modifier into the Advantages list, which is where you'll find it when you load that template.
