I built a 60 point mp with 4 clips of 64 charges, but it shows up as a +0 advantage.
Clues?

Well, what you're seeing is that 0-END thing, since MPs don't use END.
However, I'm pretty sure that the rule should not apply in this case. I'll check with Steve today and get it changed around (assuming he agrees).

OK...after talking with Steve what we're going to do is look to the list contents. If any slot in the list uses END, then there will not be a cap on the Charges. If none of the slots use END, then the Charges Limitation will be capped at -0.
This means that the value of Charges on a list may change as you add items into it.

At this point in time I am no longer sure whether the program should be adjusted to the rules or the rules should be adjusted to the program.
I sure am missing the days when Linked or Focus was the complicated concepts within the game. :)

Tell me about it. Charges is the single most horrendously complicated object to model in the entirety of the Hero System. It's just abysmal.
Linked and Focus, in comparison, are simple. Very straightforward.

I know its not germane, but wouldnt it be possible to split it into 2 objects, an Advantage Charges and a Limitation Charges, and let the user pick the correct 1 for thier construct? As far as the strange caps that are in place, perhaps handle that as seperate Lims/Advantages. So instead of having Fuel be an option for Charges, instead have a Fuel Charge Lim and a Fuel Charge Advantage.
It would make some clutter, but it might simplify the logic.
Off topic I hope you had a great vacation, but Im glad you are back ;)

It's neither feasible nor is it terribly user-friendly. The nature of the way Charges work make it far too complex to break apart that easily.
