geting odd charges cost with 2.42

in a 60pt MP OAF 12d6 EB ultra slot i get 12 Charges and 4 clips as a +0 add unless i have missed sum thing it should be 12 Charges and 2 clips as a +0 add

Clips are 4 per level when they take Charges to an Advantage (which +0 technically is).

pleases see Steve's reply on the 5Th ed rules questions regarding clips in essence it said that -0 in this case is lim not a add and that 4 clips should only apply at the +1/4 or grater add level , see the 3rd paragraph of clips pg.285 5ER .thanks PS i am dismayed that no one else had noticed this

I have been wondering about that myself for the last two days. I haven't had the need to use charges of this value till just recently.
