Same Power Twice

A character has bracers that are the source of certain powers bought as a multipower. Each bracer has a complete set of the exact same powers so the character can perform the same or different actions with each. The bracers include some continuing powers like stretching and swinging plus some instant powers like EB.

For this kind of power would it be adequate to just double the multipower reserve so that two powers could be used at once (and say the powers could emanate from either bracer) or should the entire power be bought twice.

Well, there are lots of options. I think it would probably make the most sense, and be easiest to figure out, if you bought the power twice (perhaps, if the GM allows, using the +5 points for x2 gadgets rule). But the "bigger Multipower reserve" method combined with the multiple Foci rules would work, too.
