I will completely understand if this question cannot be answered and no matter what I am not asking for details just some general information. If it can't be answered just tell me to shut up.
Who is publishing Reality Storm? I understand it is a joint venture betwween GOO and HERO games I am just wondering if there is going to be one copy published by GOO and one published by HERO or will there be a copy published by another company.
The reason I ask is I have a friend (no me really) that wants to support both companies and thinks he will have to buy one copy from HERO and another from GOO.
I like GOO enough, but I am too much of a HERO fanboy.

It is listed as a Hero Games product, so it appears they will be doing the publishing. The profits from the book will most likely be split between GOO and DOJ, so it does not matter who actually publishes the book. Both companies will benefit from the sale.

We've divided the various jobs involved between us, and one of the things we're handling is the sales, both direct and to wholesalers. We're splitting the revenues equally with GoO, so any product purchased benefits both companies. dw

Darren and Allen are writing the adventure. Darren is writing the conversion system (which I assume will then be approved by GOO), and then the characters for both games will be based on the conversion system. That would be my guess, anyway. :)

Darren is supposed to bring it when he comes back and its lunch time already!

Yup. I wrote the outline for the plot, which Allen then vastly improved and expanded. I also wrote the conversion (the final draft of which should be done in a few days.) Jeff Mackintosh over at GoO is doing the art and layout, and Mark McKinnon is handling approvals on everything on GoO's side. There will be eight sample characters from each system converted for you, which should be plenty for people to get the hang of it: the five Champions and five Guard, plus three villains each (Dr. Destroyer, Gigaton and Rakshasa represent the worst of the Champions Universe, while Guard-Earth's banner of villainy is upheld by Kreuzritter, Iron Duke and Alice, Queen of Hearts.) dw

As a complete aside, do you think that character's power levels relative to each other fluctuate when converted to one system or t'other?
ie, if you take 2 Champs and convert them, are they relatively as powerful compared to each other as they were in HEROs or did one either suffer a power cut or benefit from a power boost due to the expression of the character in the other system?
Also, if you convert characters from the other system to HEROs and have a fight out, and then take the HEROs characters into the other system and fight it out, are the results roughly the same, or does one set of characters get beefed/deflated by the conversion?
Thanx; Im looking forward to this product. ;)
