Champions players in SF Bay Area wanted!

Hey there folks. I'm looking for some Hero System gamers in the San Francisco Bay Area to start up a little gaming group. Have three people total, but we'd like to double that before we get started. I've been playing Champions for about 8 years now and am looking for people who aren't rule abusers or power gamers. The emphasis is on role-playing, not on raping the rules.

These core three members have been gaming with me for a while now and we've had a couple of different groups come and go. These are good guys, good roleplayers, and very laid back. We keep things open and rotate campaigns so everyone can have a chance to GM and play.

For starters, I'm looking to run an alternate universe Western Supers game that mixes several genres. Should be fun.

Amongst those who post the most on this thread, I guess I am the GM. There are others in the Bay Area but loki and tgaptte are both players in my game.

My immediate guess would be that you, me or someone else has already played with said individual or perhaps slighted them in the past. I'm personally hoping that I didn't offend the Richmond group I attended. I think I informed them that my Sundays were just getting too busy to take out a gaming chunk in the middle of it.

I do have quite a few GURPS books... Though I was thinking of slapping together some sort of oneshot. maybe a try out for my DunDraCon game. Seems I make it down every other year for that

Changed the avatar just before I left for the Burn. Had a great time. No feces involved. The Porta Potties were in very good shape this year. I did hear they weren't so good last year.

Actually, it was the year before last, where people were using the porta-potties ad recepticals for their empty bottles and cans. This wound up putting out of comission the company's three tanker vehicles. So for four days, with over 20,000 people, in the middle of a desert, the crap just piled up - literally.
