... but the Free Stuff link at the top of the Discussion Board pages doesn't work. If I go to the main page first, I can get to Free Stuff with no problems.

If it helps, doing a mouseover on "Free Stuff" on the discussion board pages gives me the following: http://www.herogames.com/forums/= .

I just tried again, and got another 404.

Could it be a browser problem? I haven't tried it in Netscape yet, just the built-in IE (I think version 6 or so).

What style are you using for the boards? The default one (black background)?

I'm using the default and the link is exactly what it should be: http://www.herogames.com/FreeStuff/freestuffherogames.htm

For what it's worth, I also get http://www.herogames.com/forums/= when trying to click through to "Free Stuff" from the boards. I'm using Mozilla the next-to-most-recent Mozilla release.

OK, I just checked in IE6 and the link shows as http://www.herogames.com/FreeStuff/freestuffherogames.htm so it looks like it's an issue with Moz (or the way the pagge is being generated for Moz).

This was a problem a while back. Try doing a forced reload to make your browser load a new copy of the page. (Cntrl-Click Reload in IE, or Shift-Click Reload in Netscape/Mozilla)

Then clear your cache or try another browser. That URL does not exist under the default style....there is nothing that can be changed on the server side.

Hi Dan: I found broken links on several pages. I think I sent them all in an email but it has been a while...some of the links are only broken on certain pages. Like from the News page and such. I'll see if I can find them again...

Send those off to Ben....he handles all of the stuff with the site.

The boards (and the surrounding links/formatting) is something that I helped to setup, so I figure I can help to fix it if it's broken ;)
