So then, the Janus Key for Dr. Macabre (CU p14) is built on the wrong number of points?

As an aside, is ĞAgeğ concidered a disad in for Champions characters?

1. I'll check it and see. If we eventually post an errata, then yes, it's incorrect.

2. That's up to the GM. Nothing in the rules specifically forbids it.
