Equipment Guide?

Will there be a HD file available for the Equipment Guide? I didn't see one in the store. Also, do the weapon from Dark Champions apper in any of the HD files?

There is a Dark Champions pack, but a recent thread mentioned that it lacked all the "mundane" equipment.
