Not sure if this has been brought up before, and please forgive me if it has. One thing I've noticed though is the need to do some Advantages and Limitations as Custom Modifiers if I'm applying them to a list.

Example: Let's say I'm building an Uber-gun as a list of powers. I go to apply Autofire, since I've decided that I want all my powers in the gun (Energy Blast, RKA, and all the different Explosion and AE versions of same) to have Autofire on them. Unfortunately, I am denied. Because a list isn't an Attack Power, autofire doesn't show up as a selectable option for it. Now, yes, I can always Custom Modifier it, but the modifiers that are preprogrammed already come with all the yummy options and logic. It would be nice if there were either A) an ability to simply put any modifier on a list, or B) Sanity checking so that if (for example) all the powers in a list were attack powers, then "Autofire" would be a selectable modifier for that list.

Of course, that would also be a PITA to code, so I can see where it might not happen. :)

That type of thing will be coming in v2....I'll be doing a lot of work in the "modifier intelligence" for v2 which should take care of those types of issues.
