Hey all. My virus scan just said it blocked a virus in the herologo.jpg file. Exploit-QtPICT (Trojan) came up in the scan info. Considering the fact that the only hero designer downloads that I have came from this site, you may want to check that file.

Mine too. Quarenteened the file, bbut I'm inclined to suspect a false positive.

As was explained to you via PM -- there is no virus in the file. It is a false positive from your scanner.
The original jpg file included in the installer is corrupt (ASCII data was embedded in the file due to an incorrect setting on the CVS repository that is used for the project). This does nothing to your system and is in no way, shape, or form, a virus. It simply means that the image won't render. Corrected copies of the file are available from the Free Stuff section of this site.
Again: there is no virus in the file.

Simon,
Thanks for the quick response. I kinda thought it may be a false positive as it has never flagged before, but I just wanted to make sure.
Once again...thanks for a great application.
