Er... as the subject said.

This cropped up when a friend and I were generating villains for my Teen Hero Campaign.

Does anyone know if they do?

To be honest I have a feeling that it doesn't...

I think that all combat manouvres (other than specific martial arts ones) can be used with any attack, so I'd say yes, potentially.

You may, on a case by case basis, require rapid attck (mental powers) skill to be bought instead.

Okay cool. Been working on mentalists to get a hang of them and avoid getting painted into a corner by The Ghandi of Munchkins

We have a different set of Combat Values for mental attacks. We have a seperate category of Damage Reduction for mental attacks and we mental powers have their own defense power, Mental Defense. I'd say that Rapid Attack (Mental) sould be required.

However, there isn't one, officially, so until there is, I'd say Rapid Attack (Ranged) would work just fine.

CSLs (5-point) also must be bought specifically for Mental Attacks rather than being clumped in with ranged attacks. I would use a new Rapid Attack/Mental skill category myself.

Ah, yes. I thought I forgot one.
