Random "racial" chart for NPC's

Hey, folks...I'm looking to create a large number of NPC's (specifically, I'm trying to make all the students in my world's version of the Ravenswood Institute). What I would like is a chart that details a random race/ethnicity for a student. Does anyone know of such a chart online for NPC generation?

You could always try this: http://factfinder.census.gov/servlet/BasicFactsServlet?_lang=en

There's a plethora of census information available here. For race, go to 2000 Summary File 1, Detailed Tables, add in geographic location (either the local area, or the entire nation, depending on what you want) and look at table P3.

You'll have to make your own 'percentage table' from the data, if that's what you're looking for.
