Cost End and Frameworks

For v2 could you make it so that when you put "Costs Endurance" on your Multipower (or EC) that it doesn't make the Framework cost End .. but the powers within it?

It is applying to the powers within the Framework.....I'll get the display changed around so that the Framework itself doesn't display an END usage.
