Good morning Steve; apologies that I seem to be more than usually confused at present...

I had it in my mind (from somewhere) that when you use Body Drain on inanimate objects then the object does not recover normally (i.e. does not get 5 points per turn back). Have I dreamt that - I certainly could not find it when I looked (and I thought there might be a similar rule for transform, but I could be confused there too....)?

If I have dreamt it, can you use Body Drain to create a hole in a larger object (as you could with a normal attack blowing a hole in a wall) and if you can, how does that work with the recovery - it would be as if the hole 'healed'?

I'm thinking that Body Drain should probably be targetted at an object - weakening the whole - rather than creating a hole, but I'd appreciate the benefit of your wisdom on this one :)

See 5ER 151, bottom left. If that doesn't clarify things for you, please post a follow-up. ;)
