Problem with Costs END & Reduced END in EC

Using Hero Designer v 1.43, I put 2 Characteristics into an EC (DEX +20 & SPD +6). Ti reduce costs and also make them legal for inclusion in an EC (With GM approval, of course), I applied the Limitation Costs Endurance. But HD won't let me buy the endurance used down to half (I didn't even try for 0 END); there's not even a tab for Reduced Endurance in the menu of Advantages in this situation. It will allow Costs END Only to Activate, but I would prefer simple reduced END.

That is per Steve.

If you want to purchase "Costs 1/2 END" You'll need to just buy Costs END and then include a statement in the notes that the END usage is only 1/2 normal. The value of the limitation does not change.
