Entangle & AVLD

Can an Entagle be built using AVLD to change the resisting stat? I have seen BOECV used to build entangles resited by EGO, but what about CON for example? Based On CON is a limitation for mental powers, but that hardly seem appropriate in this case.
Also if AVLD is an option, can I apply a "Power Defense Adds To CON" limitation in the same way Mental Defense is used for BOECV?

No, it can't; I'm away from home right now and don't have easy access to a rulebook, but this should be explicitly covered under "Entangle" in 5ER.
