Is there a plan to reprint sidekick?
How far down the list is it?
Thanks

Just so you don't feel ignored, remember most of the HERO crew is at DDC this weekend and so aren't on as often as usual. You might not get an answer until after the con.

Per Darran Watts' comment in the CKC Thread in this forum they have to switch to the new printer for CKC, Fantasy Hero and Sidekick and are taking a moment to clean those 3 books up (typos, et cetera) before reprinting them - in that order it seems. I would expect all three to be sometime this year I hope.

Or you might get one sooner :)

We do plan to reprint it, but we don't have any specific timetable. It's a question of prioritizing the various books we want to reprint and wedging the money to reprint 'em out of the general budget, which of course must focus first and foremost on the current production schedule.

Steve,
Is Fantasy Hero going to be reprinted any time soon? (I apologize if you've answered this one already in a different thread.) I see that Hero Games doesn't have any more undamaged copies for sale, and neither do either of the two online retailers I've used in the past. Thanks!

Just wanted to chime in that, though I bought the Sidekick PDF, I'll gladly purchase a book when it comes out.
But I'll wait. As patiently as I know how.

Andrew -- we don't have any specific timetable for reprinting FH, but it's relatively high on the list since it's a popular book. Since we have to move it to a new printer (we no longer work with the printer who printed the first batch), that means having to pay for it all over again, which is expensive.
OTOH, that will allow us to correct typos and errata and such, like we did with USPD Revised. So the wait will actually earn you an even shinier and more fun book. :hex:

And generate extra profit from those of us who will purchase FH revised even though we already have FH. :)
