How do I extract these fields?

I would like to extract (separately) secondary PD and rPD, ED and rED as integers. Are there separate tags for each of these?

You can get primary/secondary PD and ED via PD_PRIMARY, PD_SECONDARY, ED_PRIMARY, ED_SECONDARY

At this point, there is not a separate tag for resistant defenses...you can just get the "lump sum" (i.e. no separate tags for primary and secondary). You can get at these via PD_RESISTANT_TOTAL and ED_RESISTANT_TOTAL.
