Extra Damage for Martial Arts

I see that a +1 DC for MA is 4pts. For a super heroic campaign, I would rather buy a limitation on strength (works only for MA damage). What would be the modifier for that? (I know it is in 5eR, but I cannot find it).

There's nothing of the sort listed in 5ER that I'm aware of (though maybe I'm not quite grasping what you're referring to). Assuming a GM were even willing to allow such a thing, it'd be up to him to set the Limitation value.
