Question about Succor

Greetings,

I was wondering about something. If a character uses his Succor power to aid a power, can he, on his next action, Succor a second power of a second character?

Is this true for other continuous powers? For example, if a character has a Continuous RKA, can he effect two seperate targets on consecutive phases (paying twice the normal END of course?)
