What effect does AP have on attacks such as PRE attacks or certain mental powers?
For example, does having the AP adv. on PRE halve a targets PRE when considering the effects of a PRE attack? Does AP halve MD only when dealing with powers such as Mental Illusions or Mind Control, or does it also halve the targets EGO when determining whether or not the user reaches the desired effect (+10 EGO, +20 EGO, etc...)?
I appreciate any clarifications you can give me (or point me to if they're around here somewhere.)
