I've got a power writeup on a friend's new character that has stumped me as to how to handle it.
It's +30 Strength, with incantation and extra time: full phase. He's also bought it as non-persistant.
He has not, however, bought the extra time as "to activate only".
Does this mean he can only make 0 phase actions until he consciously turns off the additional strength?
Or does it mean he can act normally, unless he uses more than his normal strength and starts using the additional strength?
Making an attack is a half phase action, so with extra time, full phase on STR, what can he do?
