Shouldnt it be possible to apply Continuing Charges to CSLs bought as Powers?
The effect would be a Displacement effect similar to Blink Teleport (USDB pg 230), but on 1 Continuing Charge.

Not to my knowledge...that would be a better question for Steve.
To the best of my knowledge, Continuing Charges can only be applied to Constant Powers or Powers bought with the Continuous Advantage. CSLs are neither.

THe Blink Teleport (USDB pg 230), is listed as Constant.
CSLs remain assigned until your next Phase. I think they might be Constant but not Persistent in effect.
Either way, the Continuous advantage isnt available for them either.

Since the concept of Constant/Instant/etc. isn't really defined for non-Powers (like Skills), I'll just go ahead and open it up in the next update (so Continuing will be listed for all non-Powers and will be listed for Powers so long as they are Constant/Persistent/Inherent).

Cool. I posted a Q in the Rules ? Forum for Steve. I think CSLs are Constant already.
Similarly, I think most skills would be instant, with a few like Concealment & Stealth which indicate a state of behavior that is in effect in the Segments between Phases being Constant.
Might be something Steve could define more closely if asked. ;)

As stated, with the next update, all non-Powers will be considered Constant, in terms of evaluating whether Continuing should be available on Charges.

{Grunts} I thought you meant you would unlock the Continuous Advantage itself, not treat them as Constant by default. Either way, its good to have it for-sured from the horse's mouth.
Thanx for the timely support!
