Limitations on PreFabs that can be uploaded

In regards to the new Hero Designer v3 vault pages. Can we post prefabs from the various sourcebooks?

For example I'm going to be creating some of the alien race package deals from StarHero. Can I upload them to the vault? There is already a starhero character pack for sale, but it doesn't take advantage of HD3's nifty new features (like package deals).

Please don't post any material copied from our books. We may look into what's involved with taking advantage of HD3's new features and the HD products we sell, but that will involve (at a minimum) adding more people to our pool of data enterers.

That's what I was assuming but I wanted to make sure before uploading anything. :)
