I know its been covered before but,for the life me, I can't recall how to do it. In short, how do you write up a computer wireless Internet access and a borderline AI search engine?

It's either free, meaning it's part of the genre setting and appropriate for all or most portable computers to have this feature (if the computer isn't mobile, then it's definately free), or you pay for a Radio Receive & Broadcast for the hardware equipment necessary to send and receive the wireless signal, defining that type of signal the Power uses.

Search engines are free, unless you are actually stating out an AI that searches stuff. Then you just write up an AI with the PS: Research, KS: Internet and Program: Search For Information On Topic.
