The earlier versions of the Master are a glaring omission from the collection.

I think the Tom Baker collection has the Anthony Ainsley Master. There ought to be one based on Roger Delgado.

Eigth is Paul McGann from the telemovie. The one with the sleazy Master and the Doctor into a half-human.
Peter Cushing is actually the movie version of the first doctor (they rewrote the first episodes into the first movie - about Daleks).
