Bonjour,

When attacked by a mental power, according to the rules, the defender is able to identify the source of the attack.

Does this mean he knows who is attacking him and where he/she is ?
Does this mean he knows the identity of the person ?
What does the defender knows if he is not able to perceive the attacker ?

Thanks !

The rules mean just what they say: the victim can perceive the source of the attack and the Power used against him. If it comes from the guy standing over in the corner, he knows it's the guy standing over in the corner; he doesn't learn the guy's name or anything like that.

If the attacker happened to have some way to shield himself from perception -- for example, he was Invisible -- the victim would know that the attack came from where the attacker was standing, but still couldn't perceive the attacker. Naturally, this is a big tip-off that the attacker is Invisible.
