If DF can only be concealed through use of a power through a vpp (say, images), can I take not concealable?

Can I buy off the whole disad in the pool?

Characters cannot temporarily buy off Disadvantages through a Variable Power Pool, or any other sort of mechanism (short of a Multiform). However, some powers may allow them to temporarily conceal a Disad -- using Images, for example. If a character does this frequently, or can do it easily, the GM would certainly be well within his rights to make the character buy the Disad with a lower frequency or the like.
