31M of 64M????

After not playing for a bit over a year, I started playing again and being that I lost my builder V2 stuff with many addon plugins(Laptop got formated) I bought V3.


Well, now to my issue.
I made a character, and pressed some buttons/selections (all this is to say I think it was something in Tools, but in reality I forgot) 3 days later, and after turning it off and back on, I have a little progress bar at the bottom right hand corner of my screen that says 32M of 64M there have been times that it said 45M of 64M, but it seems to fluctuate.

What is this?
Why is it sooooo Slowwww?
I have a fairly fast broadband connection, 2 Gb of Memory.

Does it have nothing to do with downloading?
If it is about downloading, Can I download it in a different "Faster" way?

Other then not having equipment and such, I have to say this program seems to be smoother then V2, but I have not gone nearly as deep into it yet.

It has nothing to do with downloads -- it's a memory meter, tracking the amount of memory (RAM) that HD is using (relative to what it has available to it).

Thanks, makes sence, and after another day of looking at it, and looking at Task manager and such, I was thinking that it might be a memory usage meter, though I had no idea why.

Equipment is a tab that you turn on from the campaign preferences.

Or, if using the default Hero System rules, will automatically enable when you select the Heroic template.
