I was wondering if anyone has made a combat record like the one included in I think 4th edition.

Divided into 3 sections with CVs in the top section, defenses in the middle and extras in the bottom?

Thanks Andrew

There are several combat record sheet export templates in the free stuff section of this site available for download. They were written for HDv2, but IIRC they should work under v3. I am not sure as to format or functionality as I use a combat tracking app on my laptop rather than a printed sheet. But I hope this helps.

Thanks, I've looked through all those ones, I'm trying to find one done in a specific style for my GM. I'm slowly teaching myself some RTF to do it, but I just hadn't had much time for working on it and our next session is tomorrow :tsk:

thanks,
Andrew

Hmm... Well perhaps RPMiller, or one of the other most excellent Export Experts :D, will be able to assist you.... If you do find one try and post it online.

I'm here, and I can help. ;)

Do you have a sample of what you want so that I can try to copy it? Oh wait... the old 4th ed one... I think I have that laying around...

Yup. I have one. Let me see what I can bang out real quick.

Did a combat record export template based on 4th Edition... you can read about it here:

Ok, I'm about 80% done with an RTF template exactly the same as the old sheet. I still have a little more formatting to do, and I need to know what you want on the lines under notes at the bottom. Go ahead and play with this and see what you think. You'll need to remove the .txt off the end since hcr isn't a valid extension for some reason.

That looks great, I can try to work on the spacing (as I said, I'm new to RTF) but I think my GM will be very happy, thank you.

Well, if you thought that looked nice look at this! :sneaky:

Sorry it took so long. The family went out today and I just got back about 2 hours ago and jumped right on top of finishing this.

It is as close to the actual sheet as I could get. I still don't know what you wanted under notes, so for now you'll have to edit the output unless you have some specifics to give me. Again, delete the .txt off the end.
