Martinez Scale?

As I was looking for the USDP (looks awesome) I. happen to keep seeing the Martinez Scale. Is this going to be covered in an upcoming book (UNTIL Sourcebook...maybe?) and how can we measure our PC's on the Martinez Scale?

No, I didn't really have any plans to delve into it in any further detail. It's really just 1 level per 1-10 Active Points in a power... with the significant caveat that values are sometimes in error due to mistakes made in measuring, assuming a character's Pushed power is his standard power level, typos in the database, etc.

Maybe if we ever do a USPD update, I'll write up a little more about it.
