Anyways back to the question on hand, to make sure I got it right:

it would then be the cost of the automation + the cost of the computer=The total cost of the Computer brained individual?

If the character wanted 4 of these automations would it be +10, or +20 (+10 for the automations, +10 for the brains?)

Take the cost of the Automaton. Buy him as a Follower per the standard rules.

Take the cost of the Computer. Divide by 5 per the rules/Rules FAQ, and pay that cost.

Thus, cost = Automaton + Computer.

If you want four of this combo, apply the +5 = x2 rule to both the Automaton and the Computer.
