Ok guys tell me if this is right or wrong and if it works.

a mental damage sheild always on.

FF: 10 MD, Reduced End no end - 1/2, Damage Shield +1/2 allways on -1/2 (17 ap) real cost 11pts

Now do I have to buy somthing else to have it effect mentalists even though it only effects mental attackers and not physical attackers?
am I actually allowed to buy always on for this attack?

Damage sheild needs to be bought on a power that does damage. Also Always on isn't needed unless you cannot will it off. You need to buy persistant before you apply always on.

Damage shields need to put on damaging powers, thus the name "Damage Shield." I think what you are looking for is something like this:

Defensive Mindburn: 1d6 Ego Attack, Continuous: +1, Damage Shield: +1/2, 0 END: +1/2, Persistent: +1/2 (35 Active Points) Always On: -1/2. Total Cost: 23 points.

This power will automatically do a 1d6 attack to whomever attacks the character with a Mental Attack.
