So, the new reprint. Is it going to be exactly the same as the book I own right now? Or is it going to include errata? Or more?

I was about to go through my book with a pen to fix errata, and realized I'd rather spend the $40 for a new book if you're going to do it for me. What's the word?

Thanks in advance.

I believe Hero has stated that unless otherwise indicated, reprints will be just that: Reprints. It is far cheaper to go to a printer and say, "Print that project for me again." They have all of the bugs worked out and quite probably have the plates or files on hand. Reprints are far cheaper than first runs.
To fix the typos would mean sending a completely new book to the printer (as far as they are concerned). Of course, It may be Hero's intention to do this, but I would be surprised.

Since Keith has been kind enough to explain things, I don't have to. ;)

When we decide to pony up for a revised edition with corrected errata, we'll certainly make plenty of announcements so you have fair warning.

Guess it was too much to hope for, to be lazy. *sigh* Thanks anyway,
