How do you come up with these names?

Some I make up, others I base on some real world language.

For instance in the setting of San'Dora I'm using Sumerian as a base for the language of the Aranashi, with different subgroups having different dialects.

The Undari are a subgroup of Aranashi, and the nation of Allishan which the Simuto Daku originate from is an Undari splinter state. Thus, most of the names used are based / derived / mimic Sumerian. ;)

Very cool. My knowledge of languages aren't quite up to par to pull that off. I just use EBoN and assign certain "books" to each culture in order to maintain the "correct" flavor.
