For my 1,500th HERO-related post to this board, I present you with a challenge: model these deadly and horrifying creatures for Fantasy HERO. Points are not important.

I sort of got visions in my head of a ducksnake and a bunny wolf. But, dang, I got nothing for the penguinlion.

Ecology: PenquinLions like to live in the arctic or cold mountain regions. They live in very large packs.

Powers/Tactics: The females and males take turns sitting on the eggs to keep them warm while the other gathers food. They prefer fish as they are more skilled in the water than land, but have been known to leap from place to place using their long flippers as glider wings, or belly slide rapidly down a slope.

Campaign Use: In some fantasy campaigns, Enormous Penquinlions can be tamed (or Summoned) and used as aquatic riding animals. In those cases, give them:

-10 Physical Limitation: Enormous (Up to 4")

15 Greater Swimmer: +20" Swim (22" total), Reduced End (+1/2 END; +1/4) replaces Great Swimmer

5 Near Human Intelligence replaces Animal Intelligence

Appearance: Penquinlions are flightless birds roughly the same size as a small human. They have a large lion-like faces and a body shape and coloration simular to a penquin (hence the name). It is very easy to underestimate these creatures until it is far too late.

OOhh, the dreaded Bunny Wolf... well considering what happened with its cousin the Visserdrix (core set magic card- combination of Bunny and pirahna, only humaniod) I'm guessing that its pretty evil.
