Mind Link: Hanging Up Speed

Character A has Mind Link, tied to Character B, with the Feedback Limitation. Villain laucnhes EB at B, can A hang up before the EB hits B?

Basically, how quickly can a character "hang up" from a Mind Link?

Deactivating a Mind Link is like deactivating any other Power — it requires a Zero-Phase Action. In some situations it may be a “defensive” thing to do, and therefore the GM could allow you to Abort to it if he were so inclined.
