I'm working with a force wall power, and it's acting a little funny.
I want to build a force wall that has PD, ED, Mental Def, & Power Def. So far, so good.
I then want to make it transparent to a power at the +1/4 level. When I do, power defence drops out of the power & the costs are calculated without it. Is this by design? If so, why is that nesseccary? I don't want it to be transparent to all adjustment powers, just a specific one. I still want to be proteted from the other things that Power Def will stop.
