DARPA is attempting to develop technology utilizing the principles of Quantum physics.
For example: using strange particle attractors for long distance communications.

Using such ideas, anyone have suggestions for uses of QuIST type technology that are more Science Fiction than Science Fantasy?
Tech, implementations, and impact on society?
