A furry Fantasy Hero?
Or do you mean parodying it in a comical manner for its stereotypes like Order of the Stick does to D&D? Much harder to do for FH because it is so generic, there are no stereotypes.

You can do it in hero. just use Fantasy hero but change the races just a little. Most of the work would be world back ground.

There's already several furry races in Fantasy Hero that could be used as a base.
