Skills as Powers in MP with Focus Lim

If I buy a MP reserve with OAF, then buy a Skill as a slot, the slot doesn't seem to be "getting" that it's in a Focus and should start at 9-.

I've got that fixed and will include the fix in the next update.

By the by....it starts at a flat 11- (plus any levels purchased) when part of a Focus.

Characteristic-based Skills start at 9- (as per FREd 141), or am I missing something?

No...right you are. I blame a lack of sleep (new puppy in the house).

The next update is set so that Skills with a Focus will start at a 9- ... even if the Focus Lim is placed on a List that the Skill is a part of ;)
