When I do a preview of my characters the Hero System logo is not present, it is also missing when I print the characters. How can I fix this problem? Please help. Currently Using Hero Designer V2.42. Thanks.

Under V2 IRRC you have to place the logo graphic (whether that is a bmp, jpg, or whatever) in the same directory your character is saved in. I do have a couple of the sheets that do not show graphics in preview but do print them. But that problem went away with V3 as it bundles that graphic into the character file.

The bundling of the graphic into the character file is for the character image. Any logos, etc. for the export formats are normally placed in the same directory as the export format and need to be copied to wherever you're going to be saving/storing your character exports.

You should be able to find copies of the logo images and whatnot in the export format directory that the installer created. If you're missing some or have bad copies, you can find them in the export format section of the vault (www.herodesigner.com) or by asking here ;)
