Right now my biggest problem with HD is printing. The column sizes seem to distort to whatever size my browser window is. I can't seem to get it formatted for the paper and printed properly. Anyone NOT having printing problems can tell me what browser they're using to open the .html files and how they're keeping the browser from horribly distorting the column sizes?

Using Safari, open the document. Narrow the window until the bottom scroll bar appears. Print and then you have a perfect character sheet. If you don't resize the window, Safari will assume that your window size is the document size and squeeze everything down to fit the width. It seems to be an issue with Konqueror (what Safari is based on).
Nothing else will format the columns correctly. I have tried IE, OmniWeb, Camino, and Netscape and had column formatting issues.

So you're printing with the bottom scroll bar visible, or just barely invisible?
I'll give it a try tonight. Thanks for the tip.

Barely invisible. Sometimes when I feel lazy I will leave it barely visable though.
Good Luck :D

My current favorite for printing out Hero Designer Character Sheets has to be OmniWeb 4.5. It wins out vs Safari 1.0 non beta just by being able to set the Font in the document, so I don't have to look at Ariel (Goddess I hate that font!!) when I print my character sheets. It is fast and doesn't mangle the sheet like Camino and MS Internet Exploiter does.
